Green Wine Future

Green Wine Future is the new name of the World Conference on Climate Change & Wine that we started in 2006. This conference has become the largest gathering of wine experts, scientists, policy makers, world leaders, and celebrities for discussing sustainability and climate change in the industry.
The seven editions of this summit have featured over 300 speakers from around the globe, including world leaders such as Irina Bokova, UNESCO Director; Kofi Annan, UN Secretary General; President Barack Obama; and Vice-president Al Gore in several editions.

Wine Future Virtual 2021

At the time of Wine Future 2021, the world was facing one of the most challenging times of overlapping crises: the Covid-19 pandemic, its economic repercussions, the problems of the climate crisis and social discrimination.
Organized virtually, through Zoom, its list of more than 80 experts from the wine industry carried out 24 sessions and keynote speeches.

Wine Future Hong Kong 2011

As the wine industry in 2011 turned to emerging Asian markets, opening up new markets and expanding opportunities, Wine Future was held in Hong Kong. The event featured wine tastings by Robert Parker, Jancis Robinson and Pancho Campo, as well as 14 panels made up of some of the most influential people in the wine industry such as Francis Ford Coppola, Miguel Torres, James Suckling, Angelo Gaja, Steven Spurrier, Margareth Henriquez, Debra Meiburg and many other leading names in the industry, media and professionals from 70 countries and reaching 3,000 participants.

Wine Future Rioja 2009

This unprecedented event was born in 2009 with WineFuture Rioja, a response to the global economic recession to which the international wine industry was no stranger. Chrand Events created and executed these meetings with the most relevant minds in the international wine industry to analyze these situations and provide ideas, solutions and inspiration for wine professionals suffering from the consequences of the economic collapse of the late 2000s.
