Hospitality for our speakers, delegates and sponsors is a trade mark of all the events organized by Chrand Events. Our hospitality events are designed to promote maximum interaction between participants, encouraging networking and setting up the best possible conditions for doing business.
The Official Dinner of the event is reserved for speakers, sponsors, local dignitaries and ticket holders.
This dinner will take palce at The World of Wine in Porto and will be hosted by Tayloir´s Port.
The Official Welcome Cocktail is organized at the end of the first day of the conference. It usually hosted by one of our sponsors at the conference venue or at a nearby facility.
The goal is to promote that delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors get to know each other.
This lunch is hosted at the Trade Show Area by one of our sponsors, on the second day of the conference.
It is a business type of lunch that encourages attendees to interact with the exhibitors and promotes networking.
Coffee breaks are offered complimentary to all our delegates, speakers and sponsors. They take place within the Trade Show Area to maximize the exposure of the exhibitors and networking.
These coffee breaks can also be sponsored by participating brands.
